On Dostoevsky’s views of Cervantes see V.E. Bagno, “Dostoevskii o Don Kikhote Servantesa” in Dostoevskii: materialy i issledovaniia, Vol. 3 (Leningrad: Nauka, 1980), pp. 126-135/ Prof. Bagno is the current Director of Pushkin Dom ( the Institute of Russian Literature in St. Petersburg), which is part of a network of institutions affiliated with the Russian Academy of Sciences. As part of my Likhachev fellowship last May, I was invited by Prof. Bagno to discuss my project: Dostoevsky Day UK and the metadata on Dostoevsky in the Hispanic World.
